Buyers ​
- Early-stage entrepreneurs: want to acquire existing products to avoid building from scratch; lower budgets; prefer low-risk, growth potential.
- Investors and strategic buyers: add startups to portfolio for profit or synergies; prefer revenue-generating, under-optimized assets.
- Non-technical founders: seek existing tech (SaaS/app) to focus on growth rather than initial build.
- Agencies and service companies: acquire products to integrate into their offering or leverage existing customer base.
Sellers ​
- Small startup founders: side-projects or early-stage products looking for exit or capital.
- Independent developers/designers: built apps or sites with potential; want to monetize and move on.
- Small online business owners: content sites, e-commerce, apps; want to recover investment or realize profit.
